Justin was hanging out of his car window as he drove on the London streets yesterday March 5th followed by motorcycles with Canadian flags.
Earlier that day, he came out of his his London hotel room that he is currently residing in and went to the balcony and waved to greet his thousands of fans and beliebers that had gathered and were waiting for him . they always find out where he is and wait for him to come out incase they get lucky and he takes pics. Well he apologized to them for being late for the O2 Arena concert, he didn´t mean to dissapoint any of them.
