"The 19-year-old Canadian singer allegedly made a scene on Friday after leaving a nightclub in Dubai that wouldn’t serve him alcohol, according to a report by Barcroft. The Baby singer emerged from the club dressed in all black, including a black fedora, and flashing a goofy hand signal at photographers.
Bieber was later spotted with friends in a parking garage where he jumped onto the roof of a white Range Rover and struck a Spider Man-like pose before jumping off.
His actions certainly seemed to impress the girls, who gathered en masse to watch. He only spent 15 minutes in the trendy nightclub after staff refused to serve him booze. The nightclub had received special permission to let the teen star inside, since club entry in Dubai requires being over 21."
