Justin was spotted with some new ink on his right arm under the Believe tattoo he got last year on his way to the premier of Jaden Smith´s movie "After Earth". Counting them up, I guess this is tattoo number 16 It looks like a soldier but it could possibly mean or be practically anything. 
I think it looks pretty cool, he has some pretty cool tattoos in my opinion.
