Earlier this week, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Union J, Jessie J, Sam Smith, James Arthur and Duke Dumont were all rumored to perform at this year’s Capital FM Summertime Ball, but today.. CapitalFM has announced this year’s performers and Justin is not included.
A belieber asked CapitalFM if Justin will be included this year, and Justin himself replied that he’s “in the studio gearing up this year” for new music!

Idk… they tweeted him back after that with another winky face, maybe he’s going to be a surprise act? He does that sometimes, just chooses to surprise people, which is awesome but new music is even better. excited, can't wait.
