Does this mean that we should expect the Believe Movie to hit the theaters on the 24th of August 2013 or anytime soon? Becuase we have been waiting for a long time for it to come out.

Director Jon M.Chu talks about the Believe movie that which Scooter said will be coming in 3D and very cheap so that Beliebers who can´t attend the concerts get to watch them.
