The witness list of Justin Bieber’s paparazzi trial is getting longer and longer every day.
First of all Selena Gomez set to be subpoenaed to testify in Justin’s photographer lawsuit next week.
And now ex bodyguard Moshe Benabou has been called to give his account of the alleged brawl.
The UK’s Mirror newspaper is reporting Justin’s ex-bodyguard Moshe Benabou has been ordered to testify in the Paparazzo Jeffrey Binion suit at a deposition on April 24.
Moshe, previously worked for Justin from March 2011 to October 2012.
He was reportedly fired after an alleged altercation with Justin before a show, during which Moshe alleged JB argued with him and struck him a several times in the chest in October over an alleged argument about a member of his entourage.
Moshe later filed a civil suit for assault and unpaid wages on January 10, 2013, but settled out of court with Justin last month.
More and more people are being called, wonder who’s going to be next.
