Many have been trying to get to the bottom of the papparazzi assult fined against Justin and his bodyguard Hugo Hesny, where Hugo reportedly threatened Jeffrey Binion with a gun, leading Jeffrey to make a 911 call and later on file a report for the alleged assult.
As Hollywoodlife learned that despite Jeffrey claiming to have suffere "bodily injuries and mental pain", other sources say that this report is increasdibly exaggerated.
Two Independent sources to reported that the "gun episode" never happened and that Justin is tirelessly being "harrased" by the papparazzi who constantly cross boundaries when they aren´t given the attention they demand.
I definetly agree with the last statement, that the papparazzi always take it up another level that leads to fights and alleged assults. They are always on Justin´s face and most of the time, Justin asks them to back off and give him his space but when they don´t listen, he reacts, I can´t blame him for that.
Most photogs exaggarate the incidents just to get the public´s attention.They know that if they are involved with Justin in anyway, especially if it´s a fight, it´s going to hit the headlines and that people will search their names and they will get the 15 minutes of fame.
