Chicago Nightclub, Bido Nightclub Has Been Prosecuted for Allowing Underage Justin In Their Club!!

NBCchicago.com reports that the Chicago nightclub, Bodi nightclub is being prosecuted on Wednesday, July 10th for allowing Justin, who is 19 into a 21-and-over club. Justin and his friends were kicked out after police were alerted of their presence. The authorities however have delieverd a citation to the owners accusing them of serving alcohol to Justin.

The Chicago Department of Business and Consumer Protection said:

The ticket was issued by the police to Bodi Nightclun for admitting and knowingly having underage persons in the establishment.

Typically the fine for the ticket like this would be $1 000 but the fine is not determined until the case is heard by a hearing officer and if the establishment is found liable for violation.

I get that Justin wants to have a good time and go out clubbing with his friends, which is totally fine in my opinion, but he should choose a club he knows he won´t get kicked out fo because he is underage for it.

I feel like the club owner probably wanted to get some publicity and behind the counter cash by having Justin in the club and that is why he let him but I guess the deal went bad. I believe in fairness to all, and just because Justin is my Idol doesn´t mean he should get special treatment when it gets to the law, I mean, he wasn´t old enough to be in the club and this is just my opinion but I guess it was only right that they got kicked out. He could always find another club to party at with an 18-and-over regulation.
