Justin's rep issued a statement about the incident:
Justin didn't spit on anyone. No fans were below the balcony. TMZ superimposed photos of the fans next to Justin on a completely different balcony to make it appear like he was spitting on fans when he wasn't. In fact, earlier in the day, Justin bought his fans hot chocolate and played them some of his new music. Justin loves his fans.
First of all, I think TMZ is F....ed up! They speak crap about every celebrity. Secondly, they have been on Justin´s ass since the beginning if the year, writing all sorts of things but you know what, Justin has never said anything because he never felt the need to but I think they crossed the line when it came to Justin supposedly spitting on his Beliebers.
This time, I think Justin had had it and felt like he needed something to be said about what happened. Talking about his life is one thing but reporting that he spit on Beliebers is another. He might not be on his best behaviour lately but I highly doubt that he would spit on his Beliebers. Yes he posted pictures and a video on Instagram of him waving to his Beliebers and it´s pretty obvious that he spit, but there is no evidence at all that it was directed at the Beliebers that were standing below the balcony, I bet someone woudl have reported something is Justin has really spit on them.
Just because the picture shows Justin spitting doesn´t even mean that Beliebers were there at that time, maybe they had already gone or it was even before they came but putting the picture of Justin spitting and Beliebers at the side brings a whole different reaction and meaning to the picture. Maybe I´m wrong, maybe I´m right, but I just don´t believe in this "Justin spitting on his Beliebers" crap. People will report anything to sell the papers.
You can think differently if you want, it´s your opinion but I know for a fact that Justin loves his Beliebers and has respect for them to do such a thing to them.
