Justin Bieber Being SUED over 2013 Ferrari Hit-and-Run Incident!!

An incident from last summer may be causing Justin Bieber trouble again.

Last year on June 18, 2013, Justin and his friend Lil Twist were leaving the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard late at night. The paparazzi swarmed him and Twist as they were trying to leave in JB’s white Ferrari.

A photographer got in the way and after Justin motioned the paparazzo to move, he started to move his car anyway when the photographer didn’t move out of the way. On his way out, Justin struck the photographer, causing him (or pretending) to fall down.

The police were brought in but Justin was cleared of any charges, including a hit-and-run, because the police said the photographer should not have been a pedestrian on the street.



Now, TMZ reports that Justin is being sued over a man who claims Justin injured him that night. It is unclear whether the man suing Justin is the same photographer that was struck with his car.

According to TMZ, Walter Lee claims in his lawsuit that he suffered from lacerations, hematomas, deep abrasions on his left knee and leg and deep venous thrombosis as a result of reckless driving by Justin Bieber. In addition to hospital and other medical bills, Lee claims that he does not believe he will ever recover.

The paps are clearly at fault here. You can't swarms someone's car with blinding camera flashes when they are trying to pull away and drive off, celebrity or not, and expect to go away without getting hurt. They are in a vehicle, a vehicle they are trying to move, get out of the way or risk getting run over. Honestly, so many paps get hurt by celebs in cars just wanting to move. Nobody really cares that Justin was in his car, it happens probably every day.

Justin Bieber Tells N-Word Racist Joke But Apologizes for Racist Joke – ‘Im Very Sorry, I Made a Reckless & Immature Mistake’!!

In a recently surfaced clip reportedly recorded during the making of his 2011 concert documentary, Never Say Never, a young Justin Bieber, said to be 15 at the time, tells a racist joke and repeats the N-word several times.

“Why are black people afraid of chain saws?” His punchline, repeatedly saying, “Run N****r.”
According to British site The Sun, Justin’s camp knew about the existence of the footage and was willing to pay to keep it from surfacing.

TMZ claims it had the clip years ago but declined to post it because of Justin’s age and his team (not included in the clip). A source says that Justin is currently “frustrated and sad” and plans to apologize and address the clip publicly within the next day or so.

A 15-year-old Justin Bieber told a racist joke to friends … knowing his own photographer was in the room and rolling.


Justin’s ex-bodyguard says the 5-year old video of Justin telling a joke using the n-word multiple times does NOT make him a racist … just a bad joke-teller.

We all make jokes about people’s size, look, or race. That doesn’t mean it’s right but comedians make millions of dollars profiting off… of these jokes. If someone is racist or prejudice you would know from a persons actions. Not because of a joke a 15 year old says.

What I do know whole heartedly is @justinbieber is not prejudice nor is he racist. He wasn’t raised that way and his family isn’t either.

Yes he said some bad jokes and I know if he could he would take back what was said. He’s grown a lot in 5 years and as we all grow we learn.

He will always be criticized and judged every day of his life by people who only know him because of blogs or the press. That won’t change.

Justin apologizes, telling TMZ:

As a kid, I didn’t understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn’t realize at the time that it wasn’t funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance.

Thanks to friends and family I learned from my mistakes and grew up and apologized for those wrongs. Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologize again to all those I have offended.

I’m very sorry. I take my friendships with people of all cultures very seriously and I apologize for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake. I was a kid then and I am a man now who knows my responsibility to the world and to not make that mistake again.

Ignorance has no place in our society and I hope the sharing of my faults can prevent others from making the same mistake in the future. I thought long and hard about what I wanted to say but telling the truth is always what’s right.

Five years ago I made a reckless and immature mistake and I’m grateful to those close to me who helped me learn those lessons as a young man. Once again….I’m sorry.

People are always blowing shit out of proportion, hes not the first to make a joke and he wont be the last. He apologies for making a terrible joke that he thought was kind of funny when he was 15, that is not the same person he is right now, he's grown and realised that such language is inappropriate because some people may get offended. It's kind of surprising if you ask me, I hear so many people use that word right now, regardless of their culture, whether they are black, white, Asian, Hispanic, its doesn't matter, so many people use it, it doesn't have the same meaning that it did 60 -70 years ago. And people should try to understand that. And I agree with Kenny, that we all make fun or other people, according to their sizes, ethnicity, etc, you name it, and this just happens to be one of those cases where it happened to be recorded, but people around do it all the time too, so why are people so quick to judge when they are not innocent themselves?

The Truth Behind Justin Bieber Calling Woman a ‘Bitch’ – Horse Stable Incident!!

Justin Bieber was previously accused of calling a female fan a “BITCH” at a stables, despite TMZ not referring to the woman as a “fan” in their original report. Now, another rider Iama Amin at the stables has revealed the woman who filmed Justin Bieber, Melinda Giel-Murray was not a Justin Bieber fan and sold the video after hurling verbal abuse at Justin.

The incident took place at the Circle K stables on May 12th. In the footage video sold to TMZ by Melinda she continues filming after being asked to stop by Iama Amin, a rider at the stables of 10-years standing who invited Justin horse riding as a guest. Iama Amin — who lists herself on Twitter as a “licensed expert” in therapeutic massage — posted a YouTube video titled “The Truth Behind Justin Bieber Horse Stable Incident.” During the clip, Iama Amin challenges Melinda over her filming of Justin Bieber while accusing her of selling the footage to TMZ. Iama confronts Melinda, defending Justin

To clarify TMZ claims – 4 “security goons” did NOT surround her and try to intimidate her. And, Justin was not acting “very strange & nervous”. But, what was not caught on tape, was these women verbally harassing Justin. They yelled out at Justin, “You’ll never be like Michael Jackson!” and “…that’s if he stays alive long enough”. Truth is, they were antagonizing him.

So I went back to where the incident went down and made sure Melinda got a taste of her own medicine.

Justin was going to have a quiet day alone and us horse riders know that riding your horse is one of the most therapeutic things to do. We wanted Justin to experience that. But instead, he was bothered before he even got on the trail.

This is why people shouldn’t jump to conclusions about things in the media, because you actually don’t know what happens behind the scenes! I’m glad this woman actually spoke up about this situation and stood up for him. I wish more people realized Justin’s “bad behaviour” is usually a reaction to people harrassing him and yelling hateful antagonizing things at him. Unfortunately, they leave out the part where they are are yelling at him and make seem like he’s just acting out for no reason.

Scooter Braun on Private Deposition: Pap’s Lawyer is Just an As*clown Looking for Publicity!!

Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun has asked a Florida judge to seal his deposition in JB’s paparazzo assault lawsuit to prevent his testimony leaking to the press.

Last March, Justin was questioned at length over his involvement in an alleged run-in with photographer Jeffrey Binion in Miami last summer of 2013.

Justin is accused of instructing his bodyguard, Hugo Hesney, to choke the photographer and demand he delete images he took of Justin outside a recording studio.

Video footage of the deposition surfaced online, showing Justin behaving badly as he was quizzed about his life and career.

Scooter was due to give his side of the story in a deposition on Thursday May15th, but instead of showing up to give his side of the story, his lawyer filed court papers seeking to keep the testimony private.

Scooter claims the paparazzi’s lawyer is just “an a$$clown looking for publicity” and is convinced the plaintiff’s representative will simply ask him irrelevant questions in an attempt to embarrass Justin, according to TMZ.

I've never heard Scooter sound like that before and I most definetely agree with him.

Justin Bieber Accused in Attempted Cell Phone Theft & Responds to Robbery Accusations – Slams the Rumors on Twitter!!

Justin Bieber has been accused in an attempted robbery, Los Angeles police said Tuesday night.
TMZ reports that the incident allegedly took place Monday night at Sherman Oaks Castle Park, a complex in the San Fernando Valley with miniature golf and a batting cage.

The alleged female victim claims Justin demanded to see her phone so he could erase any photos taken of his entourage, according to the report.

Justin allegedly grabbed the woman’s phone when she refused to give it to him.

The woman claims that after taking the phone, Justin demanded that she unlock the device to see if she had taken any photos. She eventually proved no photos were taken, TMZ reported.
She said Justin screamed at her and her 13-year-old daughter, saying, “You’re humiliating yourself in front of your daughter. Why don’t you just get out of here.” Her daughter then started crying, according to the report.

LAPD Officer Rosario Herrera told The Los Angeles Times that detectives were interviewing the victim of the alleged attempted robbery. Detectives have not interviewed Justin Bieber.



But Justin NEVER tried to rob anyone … he never even touched the woman.

The Sherman Oaks Castle Park employee tells TMZ, claiming she witnessed the heated exchange Monday night between Justin and the woman who was taking photos of him.

The employee says the woman was definitely the instigator, being overly aggressive and ignoring security’s requests to stop snapping pics. She says Justin was upset, but never got physical with the woman in any way … and definitely didn’t try to grab her phone.

Sources say Justin lost his cool because the flash kept distracting him while he was trying to bat.

Justin Bieber is speaking up following robbery accusations that he tried to steal a woman’s phone Monday night at an entertainment complex in Los Angeles on May 14th.

In a series of tweets, he slams the “rumors” and opens up about the way he was raised.

The boxing promoter Don King loves Justin Bieber.

He was asked about Floyd Mayweather, Jr. coming to the ring accompanied by Justin and Lil Wayne last week, and whether it compared unfavorably to past champions like Mike Tyson who didn’t bring celebrities to the fight.

Bieber Team Believes Deposition Video was a "Set Up"!!

Justin Bieber believes he was set up in his videotaped deposition by lawyers who baited him with insulting questions and planned all along to leak the tape to humiliate him.
In the deposition video, Justin was shown acting angry during the taped deposition in the Miami lawsuit over his bodyguard allegedly beating up photographer Jeffrey Binion, and took the camera.
Just two days after the deposition, the tape was leaked to TMZ, and Bieber team is reportedly demanding to know if a payment was made in exchange for the tape.
A source tells Page Six:

The video was leaked so quickly that Justin’s legal team believes it was all a setup. The questions Justin was being asked, including questions about Usher, had nothing to do with the case.

He was being harassed with extremely strange questions, and the chosen clips that were released, which show Justin to be frustrated, happened four and a half hours into the deposition.

Justin’s team is considering making a request to the judge to order an audit to see if a payment was received by anybody on Binion’s side for the tape, which they believe is serious malpractice.
According to the site, Justin was seen behaving “like a brat” as he was being grilled in the bodyguard-beatdown case. He appeared to be disrespectful of Usher, the man who made him a superstar. When quizzed if he even knew Usher, he was nonchalant:

Yeah, Usher. Thatsounds familiar.

Then, asked directly if Usher discovered him and was “instrumental” to his career, Bieber took all the credit, with one slip-up:

I was found on YouTube. I think I was detrimental to my own career.

Was Justin a bit rude? yes he was but then that is because the damn Lawyers to the were asking irrelevant questions. 4 hours into the deposition and I'm guessing they were out of questions and just wanted to have fun and mess with him. Like no one can convince me, and you have to come up with a pretty good explanation if you try to, that this was just a mere coincidence. That there is no other parts of the deposition where Justin is still and co-operative that has been leaked. it's only when he's mas at the irrelevant questions asked. And the speed at which it was leaked is amazing, just a couple of hours after the deal was done. Impressive TMZ, very impressive, of course you had to get all the details first. How? that is the question we all get to ask ourselves. Was this planned from the beginning, the beginning, that they were just going to mess with Justin or was that just a mere coincidence that it was "leaked", because there is no way that TMZ could have gotten that kind of video unless someone somehow hacked into the cameras or someone actually sold or gave the video to TMZ.

TMZ Releases Videos From Justin Bieber's Deposition!!

TMZ has posted clips of Justin giving a deposition last week as part of the lawsuit filed by a paparazzo named Binion who says Justin’s bodyguard Hugo attacked him last June 2013 in Miami.
The videotaped deposition was nearly 5 hours long and TMZ posted several clips from the legal proceedings on Monday. In the deposition clips, TMZ labelled Justin as “arrogant,” “contentious” and “disrespectful”.

When questioning turned to ex-love Selena Gomez, Justin simply got annoyed and angry. At one point asking, “Journalism?, this isn’t journalism!” When Binion’s lawyer Mark DiCowden continued to bring up Selena Gomez, Justin seemed frustrated and eventually said “Don’t ask me about her again” four times. He eventually left the room for a break. Selena Gomez is clearly a hot button and mean so much for Justin, because when the paparazzi’s lawyer asks about her, everyone goes nuclear. Justin eventually rips his mic off and he and his lawyer storm out.

In another clip, Justin compared his interrogation to being grilled by Katie Couric or 60 Minutes.

In the final clip released, Justin was asked about his long-time mentor Usher who was key to launching Justin’s career. Justin said he was actually discovered on YouTube.

I hear most people saying that Justin was being rude and arrogant but i dont know if the rest noticed or it was just me but this sounded more like an unwanted and forced interview more than a negotiotion of deposition. Like honestly, what does Justin speaking to Selena or Usher or knowing Scooter Braun have to do with the paparazzi event?? It makes no sense and I would have been pissed off too if I was in Justin's shoes because the questions being asked have no relevance at all, no connection to why they were there, and that was because Justin was involved in an assult charge with a paparazzi. Just as Justin's lawyer said, that is just pure harassment, they just want to extract unnecessary information from him. And he was in there for almost 6 hours answering questions, mostly irrelevant ones, I would like to imagine.

Reports Say That Justin Bieber to REJECT the Prosecutor’s Plea Deal!!

Justin Bieber is about to reject a plea deal over demands he should submit for random drug testing, reports say.
Justin was arrested in January 23, and facing charges in Miamiof resisting officers and DUI.
The State Attorney was alleged ready to drop both charges if he agreed to undergo random testing for substance use and commit 40 hours of community service, but sources say Justin will reject the offer in a sensational turn of events.
According to TMZ, sources close to JB believe the prosecutor’s offer should be declined because Justin doesn’t want to be under the constant threat of probation — and  this would make him a spectacle.

There are several reasons they (JB team) aren’t buying what prosecutors are selling. First, there are huge problems with the case — they believe the cop lied when he said Bieber reeked of booze (he only blew a .014), and he was also lying about observing Bieber drag race — the GPS device registered a very reasonable 27 MPH.

But the bigger issue is this — Bieber will NOT accept any plea that has probation … where the judge can throw the book at him if he screws up.

In particular there’s NO WAY Bieber will agree to random drug testing. Fact is … he has a problem with weed and sizzurp. If you don’t understand his worry, just remember Lindsay Lohan, who became a habitual probation offender for more than 7 years.

Justin will not accept an alcohol ed course as part of a plea deal, because he’d become a spectacle.

The media will make a spectacle, it will be a huge frenzy and if it was me in Justin's shoes, I would't agree to that either. I mean, if we look at this, why should he agree to any of the terms set? The Florida State Attorney should drop all the charges! He was stopped under false pretences, and then charged with other violations. He was under the alcohol limit, so why should he Attend and alcohol ed course, Attend a “victim impact panel” (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories) an Install an ignition interlock device? This device is for alcohol not marijuana or prescription medication. This is BS!

According to TMZ, Justin has his eye on one home in particular — a 16,000 square foot mansion that is listed for $10.95 million. The big house has 7 beds, 13 bathrooms, 2 story living room, 70 foot pool/spa, gym, elevator and more features.
While we don’t know for sure if he’s going to buy this house, he has definitely been spending time in Atlanta recently. Justin’s reportedly looking to buy the house ASAP.

Report Says That Justin Bieber Moving to Atlanta – Stay away from Paparazzi!!

Justin Bieber reportedly wants to buy a home in Atlanta – because he loves the city as it is the first place in the US he lived after moving to the country from Canada.
Justin has been in the city since last week and has been out partying with P. Diddy, T.I. and Rick Ross and has enjoyed every minute of his time there.
Atlanta was the first place Justin lived when he moved to the US from Canada to embark on his music career after he was signed up by manager Scooter Braun and he has fond memories of the place.
He also hopes he will attract less attention in Atlanta than he does in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, Justin asked Diddy and T.I. for property advice and the best locations in the city.
Justin reportedly intends to start looking at properties in the next several weeks. However, he’s is not completely turning his back on Los Angeles County and has been looking at various 20 acre estates in Hidden Valley.

TMZ: "Selena Gomez Went to Rehab, Blames Justin Bieber for Troubles"!!

Justin’s ex Selena Gomez was secretly in rehab for two weeks this past January, after canceling the Australian leg of our tour.
Selena’s rep told People Mag:

Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but not for substance abuse.

Selena spent two weeks at Dawn at The Meadows recovery facility in Wickenburg, Arizona. Dawn is the wing of Meadows for young people aged between 18 and 26, and its website says it specializes in helping those with emotional trauma, addiction or duel diagnosis.

TMZ reports that Selena’s decision was largely based on Justin. via TMZ:

Selena went rehab for a combination of problems, including alcohol, pot and prescription Ambien. She’s also addicted to Justin Bieber.

We’re told Selena’s decision was largely based on “that crazy boy” — aka Bieber. Selena blames a lot of her problems on the excesses she was exposed to by being around Bieber and his buddies.

Sources close to Gomez tell us … people in Selena’s camp went ballistic when they found out she was hanging out again with Justin … and saw photos of her joyriding with him on Segways. We’re told that was the final straw — she checked into rehab immediately after that.

I am honestly proud that Selena went to rehab to get help and hopefully that will maybe get Justin to get help too but let's what happens. They have been through alot, its takes it's toll after a while and she wanted help getting over it.

This is the pic that TMZ published of Justin (right) and his close friend Khalil (left) sucking on tittties. But is this really them or did TMZ just photoshop the pics? Beliebers, being FBI agents decided to try to figure out what was happening and this what came out.

 Case1: Justin has a birthmark on his neck, but on TMZ he doesnt.

Case2: The guy on the right is actually Lil Za, not Justin. That “GG$” is Lil ZA’s shirt. The same shirt he wore when he was arrested weeks ago over coccain possession. So basically, it looks like it was Lil Za and Khalil in the pics.

That is pretty messed up if TMZ pulled this kidn of BS but then if not, I really honestly don´t mind if it´s Justin in the pic. I mean, he is becoming a man and he likes girls and stuff so whatever, this should not be a big deal. But you be the judge.

Justin Was NOT Drag Racing!!

Justin Bieber was not drag racing at the time of his arrest, new reports have alleged. According to TMZ.com, who claim to have obtained the print-out of the GPS records from the Lamborghini Justin had rented and was driving at the time of his arrest in Miami last week, the records would have shown a higher driving speed if the Justin had infact been drag racing his friend Khalil, as police initially claimed.

Miami Beach police primarily accused Justin and Khalil of racing at speeds of between 50 and 60 miles an hour. However, judging by the TMZ print-out, the maximum speed reached by Bieber in the car was 44mph, which was when he left Club Set in Miami Beach at 4.07am, before the speed dropped to a maximum speed of 27mph just two minutes later.

TMZ claim that the significance behind the figures is that the 27mph reading came on the 3700 block of Pine Tree Drive - where the speed limit is 30mph - and that if Bieber had been drag racing at that point, the reading would have been significantly higher.

Police had originally claimed they caught sight of the drag race on the 2600 block of the road, before Bieber was pulled over and arrested in the 4100 block. There are also discrepancies in the GPS reading from the Escalade which was reported to have been used to block traffic on Pine Tree Drive to allow the drag race to take place.

However, the print-out of the GPS show that the vehicle originally stopped outside the club at 2.35am, when Bieber and his dad, who was in the Escalade, headed inside and remained for 1.2 hours.

The vehicle isn't registered to have begun moving again until 4.06am, and didn't stop until Justin was pulled over - dismissing claims that it was used to facilitate the race. TMZ claim that if the GPS records are correct, the figures will cause issues for prosecutors in the case, as it will mean that Justin's car was pulled over for a reason that doesn't actually exist.

Regardless of the GPS records, official toxicology reports from Bieber's arrest show that Justin had marijuana and the active ingredient of Xanax found in anti-depressant mediacation in his system when he was arrested on January 23rd.

Justin Bieber had been smoking marijuana and taking prescription drugs for anxiety leading up to his recent arrest for DUI in Miami Beach, according to a toxicology report obtained by TMZ.

So what now? Did the police lie about Justin drag racing? Are they kidding me right now? I´m pissed off because this will not be on the news, that Justin was not drag racing and that he had medication in his sytem. I hate the news people sometimes. Seriously! But the fact that he has smoked weed while driving is still messed up.

Justin Bieber Sucking on Stripper’s Nipple!!

TMZ has released a picture of Justin Bieber caught on camera sucking the breast of a female stripper with friend Khalil Sharieff.

The photo shows them both sucking on one breast each at a recent party.

According to TMZ, the stripper, who had fake breasts and a classy rainbow-colored Playboy tattoo, was hired to “perform” for Justin and his friends at an L.A. recording studio.

Nick Carter: ‘Go Back to Canada Justin, Americans Stick with My Brother, Aaron’!!

Backstreet Boys Nick Carter said that Justin Bieber should go back to Canada and that Americans should stick with his brother Aaron Carter, who is better.

Nick and Aaron were shopping in Malibu when they were approached by TMZ.

Responding to a question about whether there is any comparison between Justin and Aaron – who’s they called the “original Justin Bieber” – Nick said:

Justin Bieber’s cool and all … a whole new generation …. but he’s Canadian. Aaron’s American.

He cannot be serious. Someone tell me he's just kidding around about the whole "Justin is Canadian and my brother is American so support my brother" BS. So he is bashing Justin for being Canadian, and that people shoudl support hsi brother because he´s from the states? That was a rather silly thing to say, I don´t know and I could actually care less if his brother has talent or not but what he just did was discrimination and he is influencing people too by those naive thoughts but noone will say anything about it.

Justin Bieber Drops $75k @ King Of Diamonds Strip Club Miami

Justin Bieber reportedly dropped $75,000 in just a few hours in a Miami strip club, according to reports after posing to take some pics with fans who were waiting outside.

According to TMZ, Justin headed to strip club King of Diamonds on Monday night, which was celebrating Martin Luther King Day and rapper Lil Scrappy´s 30th birthday.

A rep for the club told TMZ that:

 Justin got $75k in 1 dollar bills and went wild.

The club, located in Miami Gardens, throws a series of wild themed nights including "Rodeo Wednesdays" and "Monday Night Fight Night".

Congratz and happy birthday to Scrappy for truning 30 but Wait a minute, so the club apparently throws wild theme nights and maybe events included and so 

I´m guessing that this tends to get a bit wild because it´s a strip club. So in short, Justin was just part of the wildness that goes on in that strip club, I mean it was Scrappy´s birthday so what if he spends money to make the party more interesting? He works hard so let him blow off his steam however he wants. I´m pretty sure the strippers that were working that night made awesome tips that they might have needed, maybe people should think like that. And lastly, Justin is not a kid anymore so him going to a stripclub should not be a surpirse at all, he has done it a couple of times. I´m I the only one who is thinking like that?

Justin Bieber And Selena Gomez Camping In Santa Cruz, CA!!

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez spent the weekend together, supposedly camping.

Justin & Selena went “camping” near the beach in Santa Cruz, CA … in an uber-luxury RV at the upscale KOA Kampgrounds.

The price was sure right to park the Prevost RV — $65 a night. The RV — which retails for anywhere between $1.5 – $2.5 mil — is owned by Chris Brown and it has a big master bedroom, a kitchen, living room and, of course, lots of video games.

JB and Selena spent the day jumping on the camp’s trampoline and tooling around on Segways … in other words, their feet never touched dirt.

Santa Cruz Deputy Chief of Police Steve Clark confirmed Justin arrived in the area Sunday. Monday morning, he tweeted – he was on a road trip with his father and friends.

We said it as a joke and said we should stop doing our project and go find Justin Bieber. Then we looked at each other and left the library to go find him.

I feel like I´m for a weird reason obsessed with these two beautiful humans beings together. Jelena is back in business for sure! I don´t know what went down at that camp but I hope they had an amazing time.
