Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun has asked a Florida judge to seal his deposition in JB’s paparazzo assault lawsuit to prevent his testimony leaking to the press.
Last March, Justin was questioned at length over his involvement in an alleged run-in with photographer Jeffrey Binion in Miami last summer of 2013.
Justin is accused of instructing his bodyguard, Hugo Hesney, to choke the photographer and demand he delete images he took of Justin outside a recording studio.
Video footage of the deposition surfaced online, showing Justin behaving badly as he was quizzed about his life and career.
Scooter was due to give his side of the story in a deposition on Thursday May15th, but instead of showing up to give his side of the story, his lawyer filed court papers seeking to keep the testimony private.
Scooter claims the paparazzi’s lawyer is just “an a$$clown looking for publicity” and is convinced the plaintiff’s representative will simply ask him irrelevant questions in an attempt to embarrass Justin, according to TMZ.
I've never heard Scooter sound like that before and I most definetely agree with him.
