Justin Bieber Takes a Plea Deal in Miami DUI Case!!

Justin Bieber has reportedly agreed a plea deal in his driving under the influence (DUI) case and will attend anger management classes, sources told the Miami Herald newspaper.

According to the insiders, JB is not expected to attend a hearing for the case in Florida (August 13), he will attend a 12-hour private anger management course as it is feared public sessions would turn into a “frenzy”.

He will also have to view online videos of stories of real-life DUI cases with tragic ends, pay court fines and a $50,000 donation to charity.

Justin’s best friend Khalil Sharieff, who was arrested at the same time when they allegedly drag raced, is expected to receive a similar plea deal.

Miami police arrested Justin & Khalil in January for racing down Pine Island Drive, which had been blocked off by jb’s security team, and JB was said to have unleashed a string of expletives when stopped by officers.

Police claimed Justin admitted smoking marijuana and taking prescription medication, with a urine sample testing positive for the drug and anxiety pills Xanax.

However, his blood-alcohol levels were well below the legal limit and he didn’t appear intoxicated in police surveillance videos.

To be honest, am just relieved that this has been settled and we can all move on and be there for Justin as he does what the judge has decided. Too tired of this same old case.

Justin Bieber DUI Charges Dropped: Plea Deal Includes Anger Management Courses!!

Justin Bieber has worked out a plea deal for the DUI charges against him in connection with his Miami Beach arrest in January.

A source confirms to Us Weekly that the charges will be dropped in exchange for Justin attending anger management courses.

In addition to driving under the influence (DUI), Justin was charged with resisting arrest; police claimed in their report that he cursed at them and ignored their instructions.

The insider says noting that Justin won’t even be put on probation:
It’s a really good deal and he’s happy with it. He thinks it’s fair. He just wants to put the whole bad episode behind him and move on.

According to TMZ, the reported settlement took so long because the judge wanted Justin to appear in an anti-drug PSA as part of his plea bargain. But the judge ultimately backed down.
TMZ also reports Justin will not be placed on probation, nor will he have to attend a drug and alcohol education course.

In other good news, Justin also learned this week that he won’t face a felony charge for the cellphone-snatching incident he got into in May 2014.

CNN reported Friday, June 13, that the L.A. County district attorney decided not to pursue “felony prosecution.” The robbery complaint — from a woman at Sherman Oaks Castle Park — will instead to go the city attorney, who will determine whether to file a misdemeanor charge against the Biebs.

I'm glad he’s not going to jail. this is a good plea deal. I just hope that we won't find ourselves in this position any time soon. Let's put this whole situation behind now and move on.

Reports Say That Justin Bieber to REJECT the Prosecutor’s Plea Deal!!

Justin Bieber is about to reject a plea deal over demands he should submit for random drug testing, reports say.
Justin was arrested in January 23, and facing charges in Miamiof resisting officers and DUI.
The State Attorney was alleged ready to drop both charges if he agreed to undergo random testing for substance use and commit 40 hours of community service, but sources say Justin will reject the offer in a sensational turn of events.
According to TMZ, sources close to JB believe the prosecutor’s offer should be declined because Justin doesn’t want to be under the constant threat of probation — and  this would make him a spectacle.
via TMZ:
There are several reasons they (JB team) aren’t buying what prosecutors are selling. First, there are huge problems with the case — they believe the cop lied when he said Bieber reeked of booze (he only blew a .014), and he was also lying about observing Bieber drag race — the GPS device registered a very reasonable 27 MPH.

But the bigger issue is this — Bieber will NOT accept any plea that has probation … where the judge can throw the book at him if he screws up.

In particular there’s NO WAY Bieber will agree to random drug testing. Fact is … he has a problem with weed and sizzurp. If you don’t understand his worry, just remember Lindsay Lohan, who became a habitual probation offender for more than 7 years.

Justin will not accept an alcohol ed course as part of a plea deal, because he’d become a spectacle.

The media will make a spectacle, it will be a huge frenzy and if it was me in Justin's shoes, I would't agree to that either. I mean, if we look at this, why should he agree to any of the terms set? The Florida State Attorney should drop all the charges! He was stopped under false pretences, and then charged with other violations. He was under the alcohol limit, so why should he Attend and alcohol ed course, Attend a “victim impact panel” (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories) an Install an ignition interlock device? This device is for alcohol not marijuana or prescription medication. This is BS!

What do you guys think? should Justin agree to the plead deal or reject it?

Justin Bieber Offered Plea Deal in Miami Dui Case to Avoid Jail Time!!

Justin has been offered a plea deal to avoid jail for driving under the influence (DUI), according to a report.
Justin was arrested in Miami (Jan23) on suspicion of DUI, driving on a suspended license and resisting arrest without violence and he subsequently pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Editors at TMZ report Justin has now been offered a deal that will allow him to avoid a jail sentence, but only if he agrees to submit to regular drug tests, complete 40 hours of community service and attend an alcohol education class.
Via TMZ:
Florida State Attorney has offered Justin a plea deal in his DUI/resisting arrest case. Prosecutors will DROP the DUI and resisting arrest charges, but in return Bieber must:
– Plead no contest to reckless driving
– Complete 40 hours of community service
– Attend an alcohol ed course
– Attend a “victim impact panel” (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories)
– Install an ignition interlock device for 3 months

It is not known if Justin plans to accept the reported plea deal.

I support anything that is going to help him positively and make his life better.
