Again, Justin Bieber Sued by Photographer After Bodyguard Destroyed Camera in Hawaii!!

Justin Bieber has been hit with a lawsuit from a photographer who alleges JB and his bodyguard destroyed his camera equipment last year (2013).

TMZ claims a new lawsuit has been filed against JB by attorney Sark Ohanian on behalf of photographer Aja Oxman.

TMZ alleges to have obtained legal documents where Aja claims he was subjected to a violent attack from one of JB’s bodyguards at Shipwreck Beach in Kauai, Hawaii last November.

Apparently once Justin and his team caught wind of the photos, JB ordered his bodyguard Dwayne Patterson to ask Aja to delete all the images.

When he refused, Dwayne allegedly became violent – holding Aja’s neck, pushing him onto a car bonnet, destroying his camera and stealing his memory stick, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also claimed JB ‘enjoyed the beating’ and demanded: ‘Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card.’

Aja argues these actions were unfounded because Justin was jumping off the cliff in a public beach for all to see.

At the time Patterson was charged for third degree assault and fourth degree criminal property but let go on $3,000 bail.

This guy is adding details to make his case stronger; the original report stated he said he was not injured and did not want to go to a hospital; furthermore he adds details about Justin implying he was involved alleging Justin 'enjoyed' the beating and demanded things of his bodyguard; that means he must have been close to Justin to know what he said. Also, why wait all this time to sue? 9 Months? was it to build up this BS?

Justin Bieber’s Bodyguard Hugo Hesny Testifies: I Never Touched a Photographer!!

Justin Bieber bodyguard Hugo Hesny has reportedly denied touching photographers while working for Justin, when he was questioned in a Miami deposition Friday by the lawyer of a paparazzo who is suing him in a civil lawsuit.

Both Justin and Hugo are being sued by Miami paparazzo Jeffrey Binion, 56, in a civil assault and negligence case which was filed last June.

Binion claims Justin ordered Hugo and other bodyguards to assault him after he was seen taking snaps of the then 19-year-old JB outside Miami’s The Hit Factory recording studio on June 5, 2013.

The paparazzo alleges Hugo held him in a choke-hold and displayed a firearm, while other bodyguards allegedly took his camera and memory card to delete photos.

Gossip Extra reports Hugo was questioned in a nearly three hour deposition at his lawyer Elias Hillel’s Fort Lauderdale office by Binion’s attorney Mark DiCowden, who previously ran rings around Justin in a now infamous March 6 deposition.

Among Hugo Hesny’s statements:

– He never touched a photographer
– He never chased a photographer
– Justin Bieber never ordered him to attack photographers

Gossip Extra reports Binion’s attorney; DiCowden “may be seeking sanctions against Hugo Hesny for [allegedly] lying” in his deposition testimony.

Binion wants millions in damages from Justin Bieber.

I dont know what happened but I could guess that Justin didnt order his bodyguard to attack anyone, I would presume that as his bodyguard, Hugo might have acted in relation to his job, and that is to protect Justin.

Justin Bieber Being SUED over 2013 Ferrari Hit-and-Run Incident!!

An incident from last summer may be causing Justin Bieber trouble again.

Last year on June 18, 2013, Justin and his friend Lil Twist were leaving the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard late at night. The paparazzi swarmed him and Twist as they were trying to leave in JB’s white Ferrari.

A photographer got in the way and after Justin motioned the paparazzo to move, he started to move his car anyway when the photographer didn’t move out of the way. On his way out, Justin struck the photographer, causing him (or pretending) to fall down.

The police were brought in but Justin was cleared of any charges, including a hit-and-run, because the police said the photographer should not have been a pedestrian on the street.

Now, TMZ reports that Justin is being sued over a man who claims Justin injured him that night. It is unclear whether the man suing Justin is the same photographer that was struck with his car.

According to TMZ, Walter Lee claims in his lawsuit that he suffered from lacerations, hematomas, deep abrasions on his left knee and leg and deep venous thrombosis as a result of reckless driving by Justin Bieber. In addition to hospital and other medical bills, Lee claims that he does not believe he will ever recover.

The paps are clearly at fault here. You can't swarms someone's car with blinding camera flashes when they are trying to pull away and drive off, celebrity or not, and expect to go away without getting hurt. They are in a vehicle, a vehicle they are trying to move, get out of the way or risk getting run over. Honestly, so many paps get hurt by celebs in cars just wanting to move. Nobody really cares that Justin was in his car, it happens probably every day.

Justin Bieber & Usher Won $10 Million “Somebody to Love” Plagiarism Lawsuit!!

Justin Bieber and Usher have won in a lawsuit that claimed they had stolen and copied the 2010 song, “Somebody to Love,” reports the Hollywood Reporter.

The plaintiffs and songwriters in the case were Devin “De Rico” Copeland and Mareio Overton, they filed the copyright infringement accusations in a Virginia court last year, they demanded $10 million in damages.

However, US district judge Arenda Allen dismissed the claims with prejudice on Friday March 28th, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In her judgement, judge Allen wrote:
The songs cannot be reasonably construed as being substantially similar. Although the accused songs have some elements in common with Plaintiffs’ song, their mood, tone, and subject matter differ significantly.

S basically, Justin was being sued by people who thought that he stole their song but he obviously didn’t steal anything because the judge says that even thought they seem to be alike, they are not, they are actually very different if you closely compare the two songs so Justin won.

Merchandise Company Sued after Calling Justin Bieber an "Idiot"!!

According to NYPOST.com, Bravado International Group Merchandising Services, the marketing company behind Justin Bieber, have taken Wall Celebrity to court after it allegedly called Justin an "idiot". Bieber´s team claim that a merchandiser company Wall Celebrity, took to the Internet to call Justin Bieber an “idiot” and breached an agreement to sell his merchandise.

The lawsuit doesn´t mention the source of where Wall Celebrity allegedly threw Justin under the bus, but five months ago someone identifying themselves from the company talked about the deal while discussing bankruptcy options with a Wall Street lawyer via justanswer.com. Referring to why the company couldn´t make its $100,000 payment in April, the user (Giannulli) claimed "retailers no longer [want] to carry Justin´s merchandise because he is an idiot."

However, Giannulli (22) told the Post he never called Justin Bieber an idiot, adding his company´s website was "hacked" in explaining the justanswer.com posting.

Giannulli said:
This is just crazy. The company never even got off the ground … I never called Justin Bieber an idiot.

Here´s what has been found!
Bankrupt-law

User: If my company is going to be filed for a $100,000 lawsuit, and we are in no standing whatsoever to even settle for half that amount, would the best option be to file a corporate bankruptcy to discharge the debt and dissolve the company?

lawyer: This is a common situation, if the potential judgment will only be on the corporation, you can file a corporate bankruptcy, or just leave corporation, and close all accounts, and start a new corp to run your business, a bankruptcy would not even be needed, if you plan on closing the current corp.

User: We did a licensing deal with Justin Biebers merchandise group out of New York, paid $100,000 upfront and we had a 2nd installment of $100,000. But due to the retailers no longer wanting to carry Justin's merchandise because he is an idiot we could not secure sufficient PO’s, and could not pay 2nd installment.

lawyer: If you are personally liable you would be named in the suit.

User: I haven't received the law suit yet, I received a letter from their attorney today.

I don´t know where in the world, especially in New York that Beliebers wouldn´t buy Justin Bieber merchandise and from what we are reading, someone in that organisation did call Justin an idiot, how stupid do they think other people reading the article are? Once something is on the internet, there is no way you can take it back and now they are trapped.
