Justin Bieber Arrested for Dangerous Driving and Assault in Canada!!

Justin Bieber was arrested on Aug. 29 in his native Canada, authorities said.

According to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Justin allegedly collided with a minivan while driving an all terrain vehicle. He was charged with dangerous driving and assault.

OPP Constable Kees Wijnands told reporters that the assault charge came after Justin got into an altercation with a man inside the van, while the dangerous driving charge was the result of driving that led to “a danger to the public.”

While Wijnands did not give any more specifics, he did add that another person was on the ATV with Justin at the time of the incident. Paparazzi photos revealed that that same day, he was driving an ATV with his on-again girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

JB’s lawyer, Brian H. Greenspan, told ABC News in a statement:

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez’s peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi. This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved.

Another lawyer also defended JB’s actions, saying:

Many celebrities are continually harassed by police. Their privacy is shredded and these incidents can be dangerous. While the public is not particularly sympathetic, they must realise how difficult these cameramen make their lives so I am not surprised there is conflict. It happens quite often, and as long as the paparazzi are highly paid for their photographs, they will continue.

The authorities added that Justin was released shortly thereafter and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on Sept. 29. Wijnands said that it would also be acceptable for an attorney to appear on Justin’s behalf.

According to TMZ, Justin’s latest brush with the law could have serious repercussions, since he’s currently on probation for two years after egging his neighbor’s L.A. house, and it’s possible his Ontario arrest could be seen as a parole violation.



For one thing.. These paparazzi were trespassing and have been harassing him and Selena constantly since they arrived in Canada. We don't know all the details yet, but it has come out that he was being chased by paparazzi while he was on his ATV. What professional manner are you talking about? You think it is professional for these paparazzi to invade private property and put lives at risk by chasing after Justin and his passenger with their cars?? They could have hit him instead and seriously hurt Justin and his passenger.. Enough is enough with these paparazzi putting people's lives in danger.. This is not the first time paparazzi have chased Justin and put his life in danger.. How many times does that have to happen before a serious accident happens?? You do realize that it is dangerous? How ignorant to assume Justin is putting this on himself.. What person wants their life put in danger constantly by cars cutting you off or tailgating you, following you constantly? In this case it was cars vs ATV, guess which one is bigger, heavier and more dangerous? The police can't follow Justin around 24/7 and protect him from dangerous drivers such as these paparazzi.. How is he supposed to deal with that on a almost daily basis? Do you want Justin to say please and thank you to these paparazzi for putting his life in danger? This just pisses me off.

Justin Bieber bodyguard Hugo Arrested After Allegedly Stealing Pap’s Camera in GA!!

Justin Bieber’s bodyguard Hugo Hesny (32) was arrested after allegedly stealing a paparazzi’s camera Tuesday (Feb25) in Sandy Springs, GA, reports Atlanta11 & CNN News.

Justin Bieber had rented out the Sandy Springs Funhouse Arcade on Roswell Road. A bodyguard, identified as 32-yar-old Hugo Hesny, warned a paparazzi that he was too close to Bieber.

A confrontation ensued and the pap, 38-year-old Jason Winslow, tried to leave. The bodyguard caught up to him, grabbed his camera and put in an Escalade. The bodyguard told the driver, 49-year-old Terrance Johnson, to return to the place where Justin is staying.

As the Escalade was pulling into the home, a Sandy Spring police officer stopped it and recovered the camera. Hugo Hesny was arrested and charged with felony entering auto. His bond was set at $15,000.

The camera was valued at $10,000.

Justin was not part of the incident.

When contacted by CNN, Justin’s rep declined to comment.

How the hell did CNN get this, I donk know. I woudl have expected TMZ to be first on the crime with all the alleged deeds but I guess CNN beat them this time. And they responded really fast, sounds like it was planned or something.

Chantel Jeffreis Speaks Up! Denies Arrested 5 times!!

The 21-year-old model, who rode shotgun in Justin Bieber’s rented Lamborghini when he was arrested for DUI, released a statement regarding New York Daily News and Daily Mail articles that claimed her rap sheet lists five arrests, including one in February 2011 for misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.

Chantel tells E! News in a statement:

I have been overwhelmed by the negative attention I have recently received in the media. My family and I are particularly upset about the false accusations which have been published concerning my criminal history.

For the record, I have not been arrested five times as has been stated in the media, nor am I guilty of physically assaulting anyone, in any way shape or form. I am a full-time student who had enjoyed a normal lifestyle, free from public scrutiny and criticism, until now. What has happened to me is wrong. I want people in general, and the media in particular, to consider the impact their disparaging comments have on the individual; especially when their comments are inaccurate.

She does not deny all of the alleged arrests. According to TMZ, Chantel was arrested when at age 18 for a misdemeanor assault, but the case was later dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Other than that, her lawyer says she’s only had “traffic violations.”


Chantel recently traveled to Panama with Justin after he was released from jail.

She was in talks to appear on NBC’s Today earlier in the week,  that interview fell through and she confirmed via Twitter that it is only her they will be talkin about:

It's a hard thing, knowing who to truly trust.

I don´t freakin know what to believe here. First she apparently looks for TV stations to "sell her story" about Justin´s DUI arrest and then she claims that she is only going to talk about herself in the interview. Does she really think that the interviewer will ignore what happened and try to get a scoope of what went down? if she does think that, then she is just playing naive.

Justin Bieber Released from Miami Jail after Paying $2500 Bail & Some Celebrities Share Their Support For Justin On Twitter!!

Justin Bieber was released from a Miami area jail on Thursday hours after he was arrested on a drunken driving charge while caught drag racing on a main thoroughfare in a rented yellow Lamborghini. Justin emerged from jail escorted by correctional officers and his personal entourage, before climbing on the roof of an SUV to wave to fans.

Justin appeared at his bail hearing Thursday afternoon via video from the jail where he was being held. He made no comment during the brief proceedings. A judge set his bail at $2,500.

His friend Khalil Sharieff, was also arrested on a charge of driving under the influence. His bail was set at $1,000.

A few celebrities, Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande and Justin´s manager Scooter Braun took some time to send support to Justin and possibly encourage others to do the same. Mother Monster Lady Gaga also posted a message to her fans Little Monsters (MonsterBeliebers, actually) asking them to cut JB some slack. She also asked Monsters to help spread the hashtag #MonstersSupportBeliebers.

I knew everyone today is talking about Justin’s arrest and all sorts of words and judgments are happening on the Internet. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to stand up for themselves. But I think we should be supportive of Beliebers. They deserve, just like any other fan, to feel strong for each other and Justin so they can continue to share the bond they have through music. Before Justin was arrested for DUI on Thursday morning, he was photographed with this gorgeous model Chantel Jeffires. Justin even posted a photo of the  model in the driver’s seat of a yellow Lamborghini on his Instagram, before deleting the pic. He was seen in the car with her in another shot from friend Khalil’s Instagram page as well  — and was photographed by his side at SET nightclub.

Justin Bieber Reportedly Arrested in Miami for DUI & Drag Racing!!

Justin was reportedly arrested and taken into police custody early Thursday for drag racing and being under the influence of an unknown substance, reports NBC Miami. According to Miami Beach Police Sgt. Bobby Hernandez, the incident happened about 4 am. He told the Orlando Sun-Sentinel:

He was pulled over and failed a field sobriety test. He was then taken to the police station to be offered a breathalyzer.

TMZ and CNN report that Justin is in custody and is at the police department where he is being tested — to measure his blood alcohol level. His next stop will likely be Miami-Dade County’s Main Jail, where he will be booked and processed and bail will be set.

According to TMZ, Justin had just left a club and was driving a yellow Lamborghini at the time cops spotted him in a residential neighborhood. Sources say the person Justin was racing was also arrested — he was in a red Lamborghini.

The Opa-locka Police Department is also investigating. A police spokesman told NBC 6:

We know it was an unauthorized detail. We are trying to determine where the authorization for the officers to escort Mr. Bieber came from, where he was escorted and how many of our officers were involved.

According to Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez, Justin will be charged with DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired Georgia license. He is expected to be booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail.

This cannot be happening! It just can´t. I would be lying in if I said that I am not pissed off and disappointed at Justin at this moment. I think most Beliebers will agree with me that this tends to draw the line and that he should search for help. Like this is messed up! I was and still am shocked as hell. I have no words for this, it´s just too much. Going to jail.....I cannot handle this, my head feels like it´s going to explode. He needs counselling. I´m more pissed off that he was risking his life and of others rather than the fact that he was high. He should have called a taxi ro for someone to pick him up.

Lil Za Arrested for "Cocain Possession" in Justin Bieber Home – Justin Not Connected to Cocain!!

 

One of Justin Bieber´s BFF, rapper Lil Za has been "arrested for cocaine possession" after police raided Justin´s home in Calabasas on Tuesday morning.

via TMZ 6pm EST:

Police now believe the powdered drug they confiscated at Justin’s house may NOT be cocaine … they think it’s probably Molly (MDMA) … a form of Ecstasy. In addition to Molly, they also found Xanax … which they believe belonged to Lil Za as well.

Law enforcement are testing the drug right now and should have results shortly.

Cocaine could land him in prison for 3 years, but punishment for Molly (MDMA) is about 1 year. 

A representative for the LA County Sheriff´s Department confirmed the arrest for felony drug possession to TMZ, and said the cocaine was "in plain view" during the raid.

Officials says Justin was "NOT connected" to the cocaine.

Police were searching Justin´s mansion to investigate an egg throwing incident at his next door neighbour´s home.

OMB! That is so fucked up...like why the hell would he do that? Why the hell would he have cocaine in Justin´s house? Assuming Justin maybe knew maybe not, why did he allow, maybe not for cocaine to be in his house? That´s really messed up big time.

Justin Bodyguards Arrested For Allegedly Attacking A Cop!!

Justin Bieber´s two bodyguards, Hugo Hesny and Michael Arana, were recently arrested after ALLEGEDLY attacking a cop at a fan event in Florida.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ.com, while Hugo was arrested for battery on a law enforcement officer, Michael was put behind bars for disorderly conduct.
                   
TMZ claimed that Michael became loud and disorderly and "took a fighting stance" while demanding to know why Hugo had been arrested. After allegedly drunk Michael resisted arrest, officers put him on the ground and delivered numerous knee strikes to his ribs.

However, Hugo & Michael’s friend told the pap, "They didn´t attack nobody, they got attacked."
Is TMZ twisting the story?

This is all messed up though, I mean, both of them are rather rough but then it´s TMZ stating this so who knows....
