Justin Bieber Limo Assault Charge Dropped by Toronto Judge!!

Assault charges against Justin Bieber for an incident that happened late last year (2013) in Toronto have been dropped, his lawyer told ABC News on Monday.

JB’s attorney Brian Greenspan said in a statement to ABC:

On January 29, 2014, Justin Bieber was charged with assault in relation to an incident in Toronto that had allegedly occurred on December 29, 2013. Today we appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto at which time that charge was withdrawn at the request of the Crown.

We welcome the decision of the office of the Crown Attorney to withdraw the charge, having reached the conclusion that there was no reasonable prospect of conviction.

We have always maintained Mr. Bieber’s innocence. The withdrawal of the charge is the product of a thorough and thoughtful review of the evidence by responsible prosecutors. We thank them for their consideration.

When a report on him is put out that is negative, that is what the public remembers; when a new report shows it was false, the media says almost nothing therefore the original negative stuff is out there for people to think he's out of control, a thug, should be deported.

Justin Bieber’s Toronto Assault Case Postponed to September 8!!

Justin Bieber was reportedly a no-show in a Toronto court Monday morning for a routine hearing in the assault case.

Justin is accused of assaulting a limo driver in the city on December 30 during a night of partying with his entourage.

JB turned himself in to Toronto Police on January 29 to face the charge.

Court heard JB’s lawyer and the Crown are still in discussions and the next court date will be September 8.

A lawyer for JB has said he isn’t expected to make a court appearance before trial.

Justin Bieber Giving Deposition over Assaulting Paparazzi Case in Downtown Miami!!

 

Justin Bieber was back in Miami last night for a deposition as part of a lawsuit filed against him by a Miami Beach paparazzo.
Last June 2013, photographer Jeffrey Binion filed a suit after he claims he was roughed up by one his bodyguards under Justin’s orders.
Binion claims he was assaulted while taking pictures of Justin outside of The Hit Factory recording studio in North Miami Beach.
Binion’s lawsuit claims:

Justin Bieber directed Hugo Hesny and three other bodyguards to confront [Binion] and to forcibly take the memory card from [his] camera.

Hugo reportedly threw paparazzo against a wall, began choking him, and threatened him with a gun. The pap said he had his camera card taken from him as well.

According to The Miami Herald, Justin was originally ordered to attend a 10 a.m. deposition at the Universal Court Reporting’s offices across from the Miami-Dade Courthouse on West Flagler. At the last minute, the deposition was moved to the offices of Justin’s attorney Roy Black at 201 S Biscayne Boulevard.

This to me is pure BS. The paps keep attacking and harassing Justin and many other celebrities because they want a reaction and when someone does react because the paps are invading their privacy, they are sent to court. Am not only talking about Justin here but for pretty much all the celebities that fall victim to the paps BS. What kind of messed up society are we living in? So the paps are allowed to harass someone's but then the person being harrased is accussed of assult becuase they get pissed off and react because the paps keep invading their privacy? Maybe the system should try to re-evaluate that.

Justin Bieber bodyguard Hugo Arrested After Allegedly Stealing Pap’s Camera in GA!!

Justin Bieber’s bodyguard Hugo Hesny (32) was arrested after allegedly stealing a paparazzi’s camera Tuesday (Feb25) in Sandy Springs, GA, reports Atlanta11 & CNN News.

Justin Bieber had rented out the Sandy Springs Funhouse Arcade on Roswell Road. A bodyguard, identified as 32-yar-old Hugo Hesny, warned a paparazzi that he was too close to Bieber.

A confrontation ensued and the pap, 38-year-old Jason Winslow, tried to leave. The bodyguard caught up to him, grabbed his camera and put in an Escalade. The bodyguard told the driver, 49-year-old Terrance Johnson, to return to the place where Justin is staying.

As the Escalade was pulling into the home, a Sandy Spring police officer stopped it and recovered the camera. Hugo Hesny was arrested and charged with felony entering auto. His bond was set at $15,000.

The camera was valued at $10,000.

Justin was not part of the incident.

When contacted by CNN, Justin’s rep declined to comment.

How the hell did CNN get this, I donk know. I woudl have expected TMZ to be first on the crime with all the alleged deeds but I guess CNN beat them this time. And they responded really fast, sounds like it was planned or something.

Justin Bieber Turns Himself In, Charged with Assaulting Limousine Driver in Toronto!!

Justin Bieber turned himself in at a Toronto police station where he was mobbed by TV crews, news photographers and screaming fans — following reports he will be charged with assault over an incident in the city last December 2013.

The charge comes a week after he was arrested and charged for a separate incident in Florida for DUI.

Justin’s lawyer said he was innocent.

Toronto police say that Justin Bieber was one of six people picked up by a limousine outside a nightclub in the early hours of 30 December, 2013.

A police statement said:

While driving the group to a hotel, an altercation occurred between one of the passengers and the driver of the limousine.

In the course of the altercation, a man struck the limousine driver on the back of the head several times.

The driver stopped the limousine, exited the vehicle and called police. The man who struck him left the scene before police arrived.

After surrendering to police, Justin was charged with one count of assault and is scheduled to appear in court in Toronto on March 10, 2014.

Justin’s lawyer in California, Howard Weitzman said Justin was innocent. He said in a statement released to E! News:

We anticipate that this matter will be treated as a summary offense [in Canada], the equivalent of a misdemeanor in the United States.

Our position is that Mr. Bieber is innocent. As the matter is now before the Court, it would be inappropriate to address the specifics of either the allegation or of our defense at this time.

Justin’s scheduled to appear in court in Toronto on March 10, 2014.

It´s good that he turned himself in instead of the police having to come for him. Things are pretty messed up right now though.

No Evidence, Justin Bieber Not Charged for Alleged Threatening Neighbor!!

Justin Bieber won’t face criminal charges for allegedly threatening a neighbor who complained about his reckless driving. City News Service says LA County prosecutors decided Wednesday (Oct 2) that there’s insufficient evidence to charge him.

A neighbor in the gated Calabasas neighborhood told a sheriff’s deputy that Justin threatened him and spat in his direction when he confronted Justin about his driving last March. Prosecutor Alan Yochelson wrote in a document that Justin’s response seemed “immature” but not necessarily criminal.

Bieber’s actions were disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation, Bieber’s actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat.

He also said there’s not enough evidence to charge Justin over a neighbor’s complaint — because it’s unclear who was at the wheel.

I´m not saying that Justin should get away if he did that kind of thing but people should realise that when you trespass someone´s property, you have to be ready to face the consequences.

Alleged Club Brawl Victim Wayne Rennalls: "Justin Bieber Kicked Me Because He Couldn’t Get Girls"!!

For those who maybe haven´t heard of this, Justin arrived at the South Pointe club in , New York accompanied by 10-14 people including his security detail at around 2:42 am on Sunday, August 4. Justin Bieber has been accused of assault by Wayne Rennalls, a 22-year-old model and actor following a night club brawl when he (Wayne) went to retrieve a bow tie he had earlier given to a cocktail waitress who left with Justin’s party in the Hamptons club. He claims that he was attacked by Justin, his friends, and bodyguards and certainly, most outlets don’t know the difference between reporting an allegation and a fact.

In a Friday press conference to announce his filing of a personal injury suit against Justin, he has filed a police report alleging assault against the singer’s security — Rennalls sported a black eye, reportedly adding he sustained facial cuts and could lose a tooth from the alleged attack. Rennalls told the press that tensions between him and Justin´s camp began with “jealousy in the club”. His claims:

I got a group of females, like seven on this [left] side and three on this side [right], and one standing behind me. The girls I was with, none of them ran to him [Bieber].

 He later claimed Justin shouted “You f_ing p_y, do something” through his SUV sunroof as his car pulled away in the parking lot. Following this, he says the Justin´s security emerged from the SUV and “bum-rushed” him for about four to five minutes and that during this, “He [Justin] got around and kicked me.”

It’s a totally different story than the one Justin’s camp. The New York Daily News reported Rayo, 32, and her co-worker Diana Bhokasub, 24, were "handpicked" by Justin to hang out with his crew. But things went awry when a scorned patron, Wayne Rennalls, who had a thing for one of the waitresses got a little too close to the Justin´s ride when he tried to get his bow tie back from one of the girls.

When the they got to the parking lot, Justin was seen hopping on the roof of his SUV, that’s when his bodyguards got involved and are now being investigated by police after Rennalls filed a police report alleging assault which landed him in the hospital with mild injuries. She adds there’s a lot we don’t see in the now-infamous footage. Rayo adds she didn’t see Justin tell his bodyguards anything about the alleged victim.

Another girl who was with the Justin that night, a South Pointe club cocktail waitress Sophia Rayo tells Celebuzz his hands are clean of any wrongdoing and explains that there is nothing between her, her friend and Justin. She says:

Everyone is trying to portray Justin in a negative light and he had nothing to do with it. Everyone was involved, we almost got out [of the car]. It was just some silly thing about a bow tie. It was a dumb thing. Guys just have testosterone.

I personally think the guy was starting with Justin and was aggressive because he wanted to get him involved because it’s Justin Bieber and he’s a celebrity. I think that people start with people sometimes because they want to get hit and look like the big guy in the crew. 

The one thing you don’t see in the video is that his friends were calling Justin names, anything that would get a normal person worked up. And one thing led to another and his friends got knocked to the floor.

This isn’t what Justin’s friends were looking for. It was the other side that was looking to start something. Justin and his friends were just trying to leave as seamlessly as possible to go to the after hours. We were with three caravans of people and it was unisex -- boys and girls. To say that there was a love triangle between me, my friend and Justin is not true.

The story is getting out of hand.

Additionally, several eyewitnesses told HollywoodLife exclusively that Justin was NOT involved in the confrontation, and that Wayne actually instigated the fight. Rennalls omits the rock throwing claim by him alleged by a source and in the police report it says an object was “thrown from a vehicle”

A rock was thrown at Bieber’s car. His security exited the vehicle, confronted the main aggressor, who was being pushed back only because he was yelling and taking off his shirt and trying to get at Justin.

Another eyewitness believes it’s Wayne — not Justin — who is the jealous one in this case:

There was no physical altercation and Justin seems to be the real victim of a jealous, drunk partygoer.

Police continue to investigate the incident; they have also confirmed that Wayne was being “aggressive” towards Justin and his crew, according to TMZ. Justin´s spokesman stated that Justin was not involved in any altercation and after the initial report of the club brawl was released, Justin even tweeted:

This is ridiculous. Nowhere in the video does Justin even touch the guy and he was taken to the hospital? I bet he started the fight when he say that the girl he liked followed Justin and he wanted to start something, don´t expect me to believe that Justin got into a fight with him just because he couldn´t get girls! You have got to be kidding me. I don´t want to sound mean but if you ask for my opinion, I believe that the girls came to Justin themselves, he doens´t need to ask, they suggest to hang out with him as a matter of fact, so this guy is tripping and should get hsi facts straight. I agree with what most people have bee saying, supporting Justin in the matter. Just like any other teen out there trying to lead a normal life, Justin gets into teen trouble and petty bullcrap we ALL go though when were teens.

If anything you should see this and give him respect for having to put up with the same crazy problems we all go though as teens... Except he has a camera following him 24/7 reminding him of his bad moments in life.not fair for anyone to judge him. Too bad people like to dissect people and spotlight the bad rather then the good. Grow up people and realize this kid is only human he´s got flaws just like any of us do. So don´t judge him.

Justin Was Not Involved In The South Pointe Nightclub Assault, It Was His Entourage!!

As earlier reported, Justin allegedly got into a fight with a man at the at the South Pointe club in Southampton, New York City, over the weekend but according to E!news, Police in Southampton, NY, has confirmed that one of Justin’s entourage are being investigated for an alleged beatdown that occurred at approximately 4 am on Saturday night outside the South Pointe nightclub.

Authorities were not called to the scene but a police spokesperson said the unidentified male victim went to the Peconic Bay Medical Center at noon on Sunday and later filed a complaint alleging assault.

In footage obtained by E! News, Justin wearing a black T-shirt and red backward cap, is seen in the parking lot by his crew’s SUV when the purported altercation broke out between the clubgoer and his bodyguards, but Justin was not involved and is not considered a suspect.

The South Pointe Nightclub said in a statement:

The police are currently investigating an incident that happened off premise and down the street from South Pointe in which Justin Bieber’s security confronted the individual after their car was struck with a rock after 4 a.m. 

The police have confirmed that there was no incident in the club or on the premises and the altercation took place off the premises. They have asked the South Pointe staff not to comment further as it is a police investigation. 

I knew Justin was not involved in this and as I earlier stated, all thsi crap and rumors are just ridiculous. His entourage starts a fight and Justin is the one left to be blammed. I´m pretty sure most hater would have wanted Justin involved in this because most people would rather pay to read rumors and lies than the truth. But the story is now set straight, Justin is innocent of the accusations made against him.
