Justin Bieber Sentenced 2 Years Probation in Egging Case!!

Justin Bieber has pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vandalism in connection with the egging of his neighbor’s home and has been sentenced to two years’ probation, reports CNN.

California’s court also ordered him to pay $80,900 in damages, serve five days of community service and complete an anger management programme.

Justin was not present in court for the arraignment.

JB’s representatives said in a statement after the verdict by Los Angeles Superior Court in Van Nuys:

Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music.

This could have been a worse sentence, 2 years probabtion is better than jail. I'm just relieved that that case is over, that we can now move forward in a better direction.

Justin Bieber’s Egging Case Paralyzed. DA Office "Can’t Decide Felony or Misdemeanor Charges"!!

Five months after Justin Bieber’s alleged egg attack on neighbor’s home, District Attorney’s office still can’t decide between felony or misdemeanor charges.

According to TMZ, the prosecutor has advised charging Justin with a felony but some in the DA’s office believe it is a misdemeanor, even though the damage far exceeds $400, which is the maximum amount for the lesser charge.

TMZ reports they are worried that “If they file it as a misdemeanor it might appear they’re going soft on Justin Bieber because he’s a celeb. But if they file a felony it might look like they’re trying to nail him for a stupid egging just because he’s a celeb”.

Justin allegedly caused more than $20,000 in damage during the vicious egg attack near his former home in Calabasas in January.

The incident was caught on camera, and the neighbor can be heard shouting: ‘I can f***ing see you!’

This has been dragging for so long, now what? They are stuck on what to do? I honestly just think Justin should settle with the neighbour and pay for the alleged egging so that they can move on.

Bieber Attorneys: “The egging was a silly prank, Not a Felony”!!

Justin Bieber’s lawyers say “Bieber egging” was “a silly prank” and they are trying to persuade Los Angeles County prosecutors not to charge Justin with a felony in the alleged egg attack on a neighbor, reports CNN.

The potential vandalism charge is what lawyers called a “wobbler,” meaning the district attorney must decide if it will be prosecuted as a felony — which has much more serious consequences — or as a misdemeanor.

There is little doubt Bieber will be charged with vandalism for the January incident and a decision should be announced soon.

Bieber attorneys Howard Weitzman and Shawn Holley met with prosecutors Tuesday to argue that since the egging was “a silly prank” and Bieber has no criminal record, it should be treated as a misdemeanor.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department detectives are pushing for a felony charge, based on the estimated $20,000 in damage caused by the eggs to the mansion next door.

Justin sold his Calabasas mansion to Khloe Kardashian earlier this month and has already moved his skateboard ramp, video games and fast cars from the home where he’s lived for the past two years, according to CNN.

Despite tabloid speculation that he planned to make Atlanta his new home, a source close to him told CNN that would not happen. He spent most of February in Atlanta, where he began his professional recording career, but in recent weeks he has flown to Florida, Texas and Canada. Justin is recently in Toronto, where he is working on new music, according to his Twitter postings.

This was probably one of those pranks gone wrong. He did something stupid but we all do. Whether it was a prank or not, it went sour and ended badly. He should probably only do that on his friend's house, people he really knows or not do it at all because it will be news anyway.

Justin Bieber Shouldn’t Worry Nakéd Photo Leaked As Cops Seized his iPhone 5 for Investigation!!

Justin Bieber‘s iPhone 5 is being searched for clues about his alleged involvement in an egg attack on his neighbor´s house, reports CNN.

Sheriff’s deputies took Justin´s personal smart phone when they used a felony search warrant to raid his mansion Tuesday morning,

The LA County Sheriff´s Lt. David Thompson told CNN:

Bieber should not worry about any nude photos or “drug talk” that may be among his text messages. It’s just the egg matter.

We’re looking for anything that has to do with this particular incident [egg attack].

The sheriff´s technical crew is also examining security video seized in the search. They are looking for any evidence of Justin "bragging or making fun of" the incident. The security video system in Justin´s mansion could be the best witness to alleged egg attack.

The detective said:

It was extensive. I believe it was installed very well and covered all areas of Mr. Bieber’s house. His security system was well operated.

The deputies seized the computer that recorded the video.

According to CNN, if detectives find evidence that Justin attacked his neighbor with eggs, they will present their findings to the district attorney for possible prosecution. This could happen in a few days or weeks.

I really do hope so, that nothing leaks out, otherwise the sheriff´s department will be under so much heat and I honestly want this egg drama to be done with, it´s just ridiculous.

Lil Za Arrested for "Cocain Possession" in Justin Bieber Home – Justin Not Connected to Cocain!!

 

One of Justin Bieber´s BFF, rapper Lil Za has been "arrested for cocaine possession" after police raided Justin´s home in Calabasas on Tuesday morning.

via TMZ 6pm EST:

Police now believe the powdered drug they confiscated at Justin’s house may NOT be cocaine … they think it’s probably Molly (MDMA) … a form of Ecstasy. In addition to Molly, they also found Xanax … which they believe belonged to Lil Za as well.

Law enforcement are testing the drug right now and should have results shortly.

Cocaine could land him in prison for 3 years, but punishment for Molly (MDMA) is about 1 year. 

A representative for the LA County Sheriff´s Department confirmed the arrest for felony drug possession to TMZ, and said the cocaine was "in plain view" during the raid.

Officials says Justin was "NOT connected" to the cocaine.

Police were searching Justin´s mansion to investigate an egg throwing incident at his next door neighbour´s home.

OMB! That is so fucked up...like why the hell would he do that? Why the hell would he have cocaine in Justin´s house? Assuming Justin maybe knew maybe not, why did he allow, maybe not for cocaine to be in his house? That´s really messed up big time.

LA Cops Searching Justin Bieber’s House Over Egging Attack Incident!!

The LA County Sheriff´s Department carried out a search Tuesday at Justin Bieber´s mansion in a vandalism probe. The felony search warrant served on Justin’s home from allegations of an egg attack on a neighbor’s house last week, a sheriff’s department spokesman said.

A sheriff´s department statement said Tuesday:

The purpose of the search warrant is to seek video surveillance or other possible evidence in the vandalism that occurred on January 9, 2014.

Investigators called a news conference Tuesday to discuss the search. LA County Sheriff’s Sgt. Don Prince told CNN on Monday:

A neighbor accused him of throwing eggs at the house, and we are investigating.

According to TMZ, Cops were NOT looking for eggs in Justin´s house, but another law enforcement source said cops were searching for anything that was relevant to the egg incident, including eggs and possibly video.

Sheriff´s deputies have looked at TMZ´s video of the incident and believe Justin has surveillance video that might have captured the egging. Deputies dismantled Justin´s security system and took it during the search.



Seriously, I thought the same thing too. like what were they expecting to find, missing eggs that could probably be the "weapons"? So if they searched other people´s houses and found that there were missing eggs, they would be suspects too or what? This is honestly one of the most ridiculous, outragous and time wating searching I have heard of in  along time. This people is just uncalled for and pathetic, I don´t mind if you beg to differ.

Nick Jonas Disses Justin Who Could Face Felony Charges Worth $20 000 Of Damage For Allegedly Egging A Neighbour´s House!!

According to new reports, Justin Bieber allegedly caused more than $20,000 in damage during the vicious egging attack on Thursday.
The LA County Sheriff’s deputies are reportedly expediting the investigation and asked the neighbour to provide repair estimates by today, claims TMZ.

According to the website, the entire front of the house needs to be re-plastered with Venetian plaster, which will cost around $15,000. An additional $5,000 is needed to to repair the entryway, including re-staining the doors.

In California, if the damage is greater than $400 it becomes felony vandalism. And Justin may be charged with misdemeanor vandalism, reports People.

It´s currently under investigation and [Justin Bieber] is a named suspect.

Nick Jonas claiming he didn’t even realize egging was still something people did. Taking to Twitter to SLAM Justin’s antics, Nick said:

Justin allegedly threw a bunch of eggs at his neighbor´s home, and the whole thing was caught on camera – including Justin´s swearing and bad attitude.

There’s been no comment so far from Justin and his camp about the allegations.

Well, this was really stupid to do, like seriously, Justin might ust be a suspect but egging someone´s house if not funny, unless it´s your close friend and it´s a prank. I´m not saying that he did, neither am I saying that he didn´t do it so I don´t want to draw to anything here because all this is just messed up so we´ll have to wait and hear what the court has to say about the allegations. Justin being named a suspect is a rather big deal.

Justin Bieber Allegedly Throws Eggs at Neighbor’s House!!

According to TMZ, the neighbor called the police when his house was egged with about 20 eggs. The neighbor shot a video during the egg attack, and he can be heard arguing and screaming at the egg-thrower during the video.


During the clip, a voice is heard shouting back at the neighbor:

F–k you! I got another one for you, actually!

Like of course they alledge that it´s Justin coz he leaves around  that place. TMZ is so anoying, like they hear a voice in the background that could or couldn´t be Justin´s and they just conclude that it is him. So unfair, they should leave Justin alone, but if we look at both sides, if Justin "did" it, then that was rather stupid and such BS shouldn´t repeat itself, like seriously, if he did this, I don´t know what possesed him to do it or what kind of argument he must have had with the neighbour to get into that situation, but we don´t know who it was for sure that was throwing the eggs so we´ll wait and see if any charges are pressed or if something happens after this.
