JUSTIN AND USHER HIT WITH A COPYRIGHT INFRIGEMENT LAWSUIT!!

Mareio Overton and Devin Copeland, a singer with the stage name De Rico filed papers back in the U.S District court in eastern Virginia yesterday, Thurday 2nd, suing Justin and Usher with a $6.2 million for copyright infrigngment, contributory infrigment and vicarious infrigment, citing several similarities between their version of the track and Justin´s and Usher´s version.

The two two songwriters claim that they created the "Somebody To Love" track back in 2008, and that they also included the tune De Rico´s album My Story II. Justin recorded the song "Somebody To Love" in 2010 and it´s included in the My World 2.0 album.

They said that Usher knew about the record through mutual acquitances and he went on to create a demo version of the track which he posted on Youtube.

These are pretty serious accusations and I really sorry for the two writers if that really happened. It might be a fraud too, I don´t know. I just hope it isn´t true but unless the court says something else or unless Justin´s or Usher´s rep. address this matter, it will all be just a rumor. I mean just because  track sounds like your´s doesn´t mean that they stole it, they should be careful about what they say though.

There is nothing more we know about this but is Justin and Usher going to be called to the court? Well that we have to wait and see.
