IS JUSTIN GOING TO FACE BATTERY CHARGES??

As reported by TMZ, Justin is said to face two accounts of battery of a neighbour. The assualt happened back in March when he went back home in L.A and got into an argument with his neighbour. Reports have it that the neighbour went to confront Justin and he was ordered by JB to get out of his property before Justin spit on the neighbour and shouted to him "I´m going to f**cking kill you."

So Justin´s fate basically lies in the hands of the L.A District Attorney who is deciding whether to prosecute Justin for allegedly spitting on his neighbour and threatening him after the Sherrif who was investigating the case suggested that Justin be put before a judge.

The L.A County Sheriff´s Dept. investigated the case and sent the file to the D.A on Tuesday. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the Sheiff´s investigatorsare urging prosecutors to charge Justing with battery. The cops don´t think Justin should go to jail, but he needs serious conselling because of his repeated and escalating bad behaviour.

Law enforcement sources say that the Sheriff´s investigators are worried that Justin is either going to "get his ass kicked" or "someone´s gonna get a $2 million payday" inless Justin changes his tune. Sources say that the Sheriff´s Dept. is not singling Justin out because he´s a celebrity, they´d make the same recommendation for anyone who´s a first time offendor with a bad temper.

I don´t know how much of the information poeple are giving out is true but all I can say is that this doesn´t sound good at all. I would want justice to go the the neighbour if what is being said is true.

I believe many Beliebers will agree with me that Justin doesn´t have a huge problem, he was just going through a tough time and he needs someone to talk to. Somebody like Selena or his family, whom he trusts. He was not being himself at that particular time, things were going down bad because of all the stress, it wasn´t the prettiest time in his career.

He might say to his Beliebers and fans that he is okey and that he is coping with everything but he can´t fool us. After what he has been through, he has alot to talk about and he should talk to someone.

I just wanna say that the strong and brave ones are those who realise they need help and they get it nomatter what others think and say. I´m not saying Justin isn´t telling as the truth but if he really needs concelling and he feels like he is going to loose his Beliebers, he shouldn´t worry because the real and fearless Beliebers and fans are going to be here to see him throug everything and not leave him at the time when he needs us most.
