Well, as TMZ reports, if you are planning to party at Justin´s $6.5 million house in Calabasas C.A, you have to sign a liability waiver and realise form before entiring his mansion.
The document states that you cannot take pictures in the house or post information about the "physical health or philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of Justin or his guest n facebook, twitter, tumblr, instagram or any other social media outlet in that matter, unless you want to get hooked with a $5 million lawsuit in damages.
It also say in the form that activities occuring in the house might be "potentially hazadous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained" and that you run the risk of "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death"
Note: This kind of forms are common among celebrities and famous people.
I think it´s a great idea that Justin has something like that. It sets some rules for what people are allowed and not allowed to do, I mean, you need to feel safe in your own house and that you have some privacy. If you break the agreement, well, you only have yourself to blame because that is alot of money to get sued for.
