Pharell is really humble and that´s very good advice, that you write something, in Justin´s case, music that you can live on and make you sleep at night. Change someone else´s life for the positive. And Justin was also with Chris Brown in the studio working together, so Justin was not kidding that he his making collaborations with the World.
