Justin Bieber Looks Happy – Pays Visit to Probation Dept. in Egging-Case!!

Justin Bieber looked happy after walking out of court in Santa Monica following his egg-throwing conviction on Friday, July 25th.

He was convicted of the crime and is said to be discussing the terms of his sentence, but he didn’t look very worried as he strolled past photographers towards a waiting car.

Justin was wearing a loose white t-shirt with his sleeve tattoos on show and grey jogging bottoms with a cream baseball cap pushed to the side.

According to TMZ, the star spent an hour inside the court room after going over the requirements of his two years probation with his lawyer.

He has been ordered to complete anger management classes and five days of community service, as well as being told not to break any laws.

Justin Bieber’s Miami DUI Case Delayed until August 5!!

Justin Bieber’s lawyers and Florida prosecutors have said they need more time to work out a possible plea deal on charges that Justin Bieber drove under the influence and resisted arrest.

Assistant State Attorney David Gilbert and JB’s attorney Mark Shapiro asked for an additional 3 weeks.

Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield has now reset the matter for August 5.

Gilbert said at a brief hearing – which Justin didn’t attend – that the two sides would inform Judge Altfield on that date how the plea negotiations were progressing “and set a trial date, if necessary”.

Justin was arrested early on January 23, 2014 in Miami Beach after what police described as an illegal street race between JB’s rented Lamborghini and a Ferrari driven by a friend, Khalil Amir Sharieff.

Neither was charged with drag racing.

Alcohol breath tests found Justin’s level below Florida’s 0.02 limit for underage drivers but urine tests showed the presence of marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax in his system.

Justin was also charged with resisting arrest and driving on an expired license.

Justin Bieber Delays his May 5th Dui Trial in Miami!!

Justin Bieber is seeking a delay in his trial currently scheduled to begin next month on Florida charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license.
Justin’s lawyers Roy Black filed a motion Monday saying they need more time to prepare their case. Justin’s trial is set for May 5th in Miami.

The motion says prosecutors do not oppose a delay.
Justin’s attorney initially asked for a 60-day delay from the previous May 5 trial date, but Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield extended the postponement even further to July 7th.

Judge Altfield said at a brief hearing Wednesday April 23rd:

I want to give everyone plenty of time.

Justin Bieber was not present at the brief hearing, as he’s currently in Japan.

I hope this case goes nowhere, I just want it to end and he doesn’t get in trouble for the DUI especially because the breathalyzer proves he was under the legal limit so that should be dropped and he wasn’t speeding because the gps in the lamborghini that he was driving proved it and you can’t rigg one that’s built in drugs especially the marijuana  in his sytem were apparently recomended by his doctor to relax because he was suffering from depression.

Selena Gomez to be Subpoenaed & Witness in Justin Bieber’s Photographer Lawsuit!!

Selena Gomez has reportedly set to be be ‘subpoenaed’ to testify in Justin Bieber’s photographer lawsuit.
She is set to be served next week regarding the alleged incident, in which Justin is said to have attacked photographer Jeffrey Binion.
Binion’s attorney, Mark DiCowden told RadarOnline:

I will be serving Selena Gomez next week. She witnessed Justin Bieber attack a photographer back in 2012.

Selena was seen being handed some legal papers documents, grabbing a drink from a convenience store while wearing a pair of tiny denim shorts.
Sources connected to the case have also told TMZ that Selena will be subpoenaed to testify in the regarding Justin’s alleged confrontation with the photographer in May 2012.
As previously reported, Justin was allegedly to have karate kicked the Paparazzi in the stomach and the photographer claims Selena was there at the time. As a result, she is wanted to be a witness in the case to give a ‘blow-by-blow account’ of what happened.

They managed to involved Selena in this mess? On that occasion where she witnessed the attack, the papparazzi guy was the one who attacked them first, parking his car infront of theirs and blocking their exit justto take pics. If you ask me, he deserved that karate kick for being inconsiderate and rude.

Judge: “Justin Bieber’s Urinating in Jail Video Must be Edited Before Released To Public – He Has Right to Privacy”!!

A Florida judge ruled Tuesday (March4) that two of five video clips depicting Justin at a Miami Beach Police station in January showing his genitalia during a urine test MUST BE EDITED to protect his privacy.

Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield said in court:

Mr. Bieber’s right to privacy is paramount. He has not lost his right to privacy, and that is what is important here.

The judge will allow the release of five remaining video clips — taken after he was arrested in Miami Beach — once a technician has blackened “sensitive” images from the footage.
According to NBC NEWS, of the 5 clips reviewed by Miami-Dade County Judge William Altfield, one shows Justin walking behind a partition, where he “appears to be urinating.” But the partition “appears to block” Justin’s activity.

In another clip, a police officer hands Justin Bieber a cup and he stands behind a partition and “it is apparent that he is providing a urine sample.” When he gives the cup back to the officer, the partition does not completely block him and “possibly” reveals his genitals.
The other three clips show Justin walking in and out of his cell.

Judge Altfield’s ruling states:

The Court finds that there exists a right to privacy as it relates to the exposure and dissemination of the defendant’s genitalia. As such, any images that depict or appear to depict the defendant’s genitalia shall be restricted from disclosure.

No date has been given when the urinating videos will be released by the court (after editing).
Another hearing has been scheduled for March 11, 2014.



That should not even have been a question. Releasing a video of someone's private parts should not even be a debatable question, it's rude and uncalled for, they have a right to privacy, whether they are a celebrity or not. What is wrong with some people? If they were in Justin's shoes, they would have definetely felt the pinch and wouldn't even be considering the stupid fact of asking for the judge to release videos showing someone else's private parts. Seriously. People can be so inconsiderate, as long as they get what they want, they dont care about how the other people feel.

Justin Bieber’s Set to Appear in Miami Court For Trial on March 3, 2014!!

Justin Bieber is set to go to trial this March on the 3rd, 2014 for his recent arrest on charges of DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

His trial in Miami is set for just one week before his recently scheduled Toronto court date March 10th, 2014, on an assault charge in which he allegedly “struck the limousine driver on the back of the head several times” on Dec. 30th, 2013. Justin turned himself in to Toronto police last Wednesday.

Hopefully he’s still going to have a good 20th birthday, three days before the court day on March 1st. His 19th birthday was his worst b.day ever. I just hope it doesn’t get ruined by the stupid media again.
