Justin Bieber is getting a new tattoo and he’s happily showing it off to fans last night April 3rd! The new ‘Patience’ tattoo rests on his right neck, just below his ear.
I thought he was done with tattoos for a while, what happened? I mean, the message is worth it but behind the ear? I'm a big fan of his other tattoos but past the neck is abit too much. What you you guys think?
