Hey Beliebers all around the world! As you all know the Believe Movie comes out this Christmas and we want all of you to get together and watch the movie while giving back at the same time. You can achieve this by planning #BelieveMovieMeetups in your city!
A Believe Movie Meetup is basically where all of the Beliebers in your city buy movie tickets for the same showing of the BELIEVE movie, and you all meetup at the theater to watch it together! In addition, you could also figure out ways to add a charitable spin to your meetup!
Luckily for all of you, I’ve put together a step-by-step guide to planning #BelieveMovieMeetups in your cities!
1. Choose a movie theater, a date, and a showtime!
This is the most important part of your meetup!
Try to choose a popular theater that most people in your city will be able to get to easily. (Make sure that the theater is playing the Believe movie)
Now you have to choose a date! The movie will be in theaters for 2 weeks, so you have 14 days to choose from! (I would suggest doing it on Christmas day, or some time during the weekend.)
Lastly, you have to choose a showtime! Be sure to start your meetup 30-45 minutes before the movie showtime, so everyone will have time to hang out and take pictures! Once you choose a showtime, you’re already halfway done!
2. Going the extra mile (OPTIONAL)
We all know that Justin is about giving back to those less fortunate. Because there are so many of us, we can all make a huge impact on the lives of others if we all decide to make a change together. There are plenty of ways you can #giveback at your meetup! Here are a few:
Ask the Beliebers in your city to bring small money donations for you to collect and donate to Pencils of Promise, RedCross for the Philippines, or a charity of your choice
or
Ask the Beliebers in your city to bring toys, clothes, canned food, etc; for you to collect and donate to your local shelter or children’s hospital!
Whatever you choose to do is up to you, as long as you’re all giving back this holiday season, that’s all that matters!
Keep in mind that you will be held responsible for the collection and safety of all donations. If you will not be able to donate the collections, do not ask for donations at your meetup.
3. Post the information!
Look at that! You’re ALREADY done planning your meetup. But, you’re not entirely finished. Now that you have everything planned, you need to get people to actually come!
All you have to do is type up all of the important information and make it accessible to everyone. (Make sure to include the city/state/country, the address to the movie theater, the date, the time, the showtime, and a link to purchase movie tickets for that specific showing of the movie, in your writeup!)
Here are examples that you can follow when creating your write up:
Once you’ve posted your write-up, post it EVERYWHERE. Facebook, twitter, tumblr, instagram, EVERYWHERE. Do everything in your power to make sure that EVERYONE knows about it. I’d suggest creating a query for your meetup.

If you don’t have a lot of followers, don’t worry. Because there are always other people that do who would be more than willing to tweet about your meetup. Here is a list of helpful Beliebers that would probably be more than happy to help spread the word about your meetup!
