Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus & 1D Make The 2013 “Billboard 21 Under 21″ List!!

This year’s Billboard 21 Under 21, 2013 of “most powerful minors” includes all the usual suspects: Justin Bieber, Cher Lloyd, Miley Cyrus, One Direction. But there’s a fair share of newcomers like Ariana Grande, Lorde, Emblem3 and Fifth Harmony, as well as a few acts like Miguelito and 10 year old rapper Matty B.

One Direction got the top spot this year, up from #2 last year, and somehow Justin edged out Miley as the runner-up.  Justin took #1 spot back in 2011 & 2012.
