If you look at the pic, you may not imediately notice anything in particular standing out but of you take a closer look at his upper arm, you see a new tattoo, it´s a wing.
He showed it to his Miami beliebers as he hang out with them. I definetely love it. I´m not sure but I think it represents the "BELIEVE Tour" because he always desends from to the stage in wings. I love that his tattoos have meaning to him even though they are getting many.
