Feb. 18 is the date that has been set in the trial where Justin gets to confront the former bodyguard who is suing him. Moshe Benabou says that he was employed by Justin's touring company from March 2011 to October 2012 until an incident happened where Justn allegedly yelled, "You are fired!"
According to the original complaint, Justin was backstage prior to a concert when he began a tirade against Benabou. The complaints says:
The tirade was apparently triggered by what Justin Bieber perceived as an attempt by Moshe Benabou to keep one member of Mr. Bieber's entourage physically away from Justin Bieber.
As part of this tirade, Justin Bieber repeatedly punched Moshe Benabou in the chest and upper body area. Mr. Benabou did not retaliate or attempt to protect himself out of his concerns for Justin Bieber's physical well-being.
Justin and BT Touring are being sued for assault, battery and failure to pay claimed owed wages. Neither Justin, his team or BT Touring have said anything about this.
And I thought and even praying that 2014 will start off better than it did this year. What a timing. I would just like all this to be over and for Justin to get some air to breath. I just this case goes fast and people leave him alone. I kinda find it hard to believe that Justin caused physical harm to the well built bodyguard, enough to be seen as an asullt. But hey, I don´t know what went down there so we have to wait until next year to hear what´s going to happen.
