Essense Cosmetics are having a Justin Bieber contest! They’re looking for a 30 second video about how you, beliebers, would do your make up for a JB concert. The prize for the best video is a paid trip to NYC for a his concert and meet & greet. The contest ends July 22, less than 2 weeks.
