Usher talks about Justin on Ellen saying that he´s young and still growing and that it´s hard to live a teenage life in front of the cameras everyday.
I totally agree with Usher, very wise words. He and the Bieber family, unlike most people understand that Justin is human and that he is bound to ake mistakes. His life always being recorded doesn´t make things any easier.
Justin knows that he has a huge influence on his followers but he also needs time to himself to do whatever he wants and not always think about pleasing other people. He should focus more on those who support him because he will never be able to plase the needs of everyone.
