It looks like Justin will be paying a huge bill for Mally who was seized by the German authorities two months ago during the Believe Tour due to lack of papers when Justin was performing in Munich.
Well, the spokesperson of the custom told Billboard that the cost of food and veternary care for Mally runs into thousands of dollars. That if Justin didn´t contact the proper officials within 24 hours, Mally would be taken as permanent German property.
The customs spokesman Thomas Meister said in a statement:
If by May 17th there is nothing, then he looses ownership of the animal and it becomes the propert of the Federal Republic Of Germany.
Justin´s lawyers and team had until yesterday midninght, May 17th to contact the German customs to settle this matter, but the thing is that Justin´s lawyer already indicated that they were not interested in taking Mally back. And the customs are not saying where mally will be transefered due to the huge media attention she has been getting, they think it´s better than the place remains annonymous for her safety.
I feel sad for Mally but I think that people were in denial of the fact that Justin was really going to leave Mally, but there were indication from the very beggining of this was probably going to happen.
I don´t want to give excuses but he was on tour and very busy. Even after the tour, he still has alot to do, he has been in the studio ever since he went back to L.A and he is preparing for the Billboard awards that will be held tomorrow on Sunday, May 19th.
It was nice to get to know you Mally.
